Licences granted and registers of space objects

We aim to publish the following within six weeks of a licence being granted

The Spaceport, Spaceflight Operator or Range Control Services licence

The Reporting Plan as issued with the original licence

Revisions to the Reporting Plan will not be published.

We will also publish Large Rocket Permissions under the Air Navigation Order 2016.

This is a register of space objects where the UK is the 'launching state', and in line with the United Nations Convention on the Registration of Space Objects 1976 (‘Registration Convention’) section 7 of the Outer Space Act 1986 and section 61 of the Space Industry Act 2018

UK supplementary registry of space objects

A register of space objects where Outer Space Act and Space Industry Act licences have been issued but where the UK is not the 'launching state' for that space object. It also registers objects where it was jointly determined that another 'launching state' should register that object with the United Nations.
