Exempts the holder of a Part-ORO air operator certificate (AOC) from the requirement to operate a flight in accordance with public transport requirements if the only reason that the flight is considered to be public transport is that all passengers or cargo are carried gratuitously in the aircraft. Any flight made under this exemption must be operated in accordance with the Air Operations Regulation Part-ORO.AOC.125(a).
