To help us to improve the quality of the CAA website your comments and feedback are welcome. On this form you can provide feedback on the content of the page that you are reading; in addition, you can also provide general feedback on your use of the CAA website.
If you have a travel issue or a complaint please refer to
Resolving travel problems in the first instance.
We will not routinely make any direct response to your feedback; however, on occasions it might be useful for us to follow it up. To be able to do this we will need your Name and Email address.
If your enquiry relates to the recent ATOL failure you should visit our dedicated website (thomascook.caa.co.uk) containing information about flights back to the UK and general advice for those affected. You may also contact our designated helpline 0300 303 2800 when calling from the UK and +44 01753 330 330 from overseas that has been established to assist customers abroad and those with future bookings.
You will appreciate that our primary focus is on supporting the thousands of customers who have been affected by the recent ATOL failure. To do so, we have needed to temporarily suspend our website feedback form. Thank you for your patience during this busy period.
