An Occurrence means a major accident, or any other fortuitous or unexpected event arising out of or in the course of ANO Rocket activities or preparation for those activities, and occurring in or over the United Kingdom which, if not corrected or addressed, could result in an ANO Rocket accident or a major accident.
The sole objective of an occurrence report is the prevention of ANO Rocket accidents or major accidents, without the apportionment of blame or liability.
Occurrence Reports are treated confidentially to maintain full and free reporting from the rocket community and to protect the identity of the individual.
Contact the CAA Spaceflight Team to report any occurrences related to your ANO rocket permission(s).
