Consumers due to travel in September

If you booked a package with Simply Sweden Ltd and were issued with an invoice confirmation and ATOL Certificate which states 'Package sale', and you hold scheduled tickets for travel in September 2017, the flight may be valid.  Passengers are advised to check with the airline, if the airline confirms you have a valid ticket for travel you have two options:


Option 1. If you do not wish to travel or the flight is not valid, you can make a claim for a refund for the amount you paid to Simply Sweden Ltd for your ATOL Protected package.


Option 2. You can use your flight and make a claim for the cost of replacing the other elements included in your original package.  However, there is a limit to the amount you can claim. Please note claims cannot exceed the total cost of the original booking made with Simply Sweden Ltd.


The other services have not been paid to local suppliers and you will be required to re-arrange and pay for these services again.   To avoid any issues in resort, consumers still wishing to travel should confirm all the elements of their booking and agree payment for these in advance of travel. 


Consumers due to travel from October onwards

If you booked a package with Simply Sweden Ltd and were due to travel from October 2017 onwards.  You will not be able to travel and you may be entitled to claim from the CAA.

Travel Agents Information

If you are a travel agent of Simply Sweden Ltd and you are currently holding consumer payments which you have not yet paid to Simply Sweden Ltd, you are advised not to refund consumers with these funds until you have received instructions from the Air Travel Trust.  Travel agents will be individually contacted by the CAA with specific instructions for these bookings.

Consumers wishing to make a claim should access the link below, please only complete one claim.  Once submitted you will receive updates by email (check junk mail folders) advising you of the claim status.

Consumers who decide to travel can make a claim under ATOL for the costs they incur in replacing the pre-booked elements of their holiday, please note the replacement items must either match the original booking or be of exactly the same standard, board basis, room type, tour etc., as their original.  Please check the ATT Payment Policy for your full claim entitlement. 

Please note claims cannot exceed the total cost of the original booking made with Simply Sweden Ltd.
