Pollard C J - ATOL 10256 has ceased trading on 27 July 2020.

The ATOL had been revoked earlier this year on 6 February 2020.

The company based in Bath traded under the name Christopher Pollard Tours and website www.christopherpollardtours.com

The following information is for ATOL protected bookings. Bookings which do not include a flight element are not covered by the ATOL scheme.

If you paid for your original trip by any method other than credit card to Christopher Pollard Tours your claim will be with ATOL.

Please note by submitting a claim under the ATOL scheme you agree that any rights as a creditor of the company are transferred to the Air Travel Trust and therefore the ATT could, if it chose to do so, pursue a claim against the relevant party as a creditor. This would be a claim against the estate of the late Mr Pollard.

The UK CAA has the power to prosecute offences related to its statutory functions. Person(s) who make fraudulent ATOL claims, following the failure of an ATOL holder, may be prosecuted by the UK CAA for offences under section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006. The maximum sentence for this offence is 10 years' imprisonment.
