Holiday Mood Ltd - ATOL 5934 has ceased trading on 5th December 2017

The company based in Ruislip traded under the names Aerobookers, African Mood, Air Travel Experts, Brazilian Mood, Dubai Mood, Flight Mood, Flights4Australia, Flights4CapeTown, Flights4Dubai, Flights4Johannesburg, Holiday Mood, Indian Mood, Oman Mood, Ozzy Mood, Student Traveller and Thai Mood and under the websites www.aerobookers.net, www.africanmood.co.uk, www.airtravelexperts.co.uk, www.dubaimood.co.uk, www.flightsmood.co.uk, www.holidaymood.co.uk, www.holidaymood.com, www.indianmood.co.uk, www.jumeirahbeachdubai.co.uk, www.omanmood.co.uk, www.ozzymood.co.uk and www.studenttraveller.com.

NON-ATOL protected flight tickets

 Holiday Mood Ltd sold non-ATOL products which are NOT protected by the ATOL scheme:

  • Flight tickets paid in full at the time of booking with flight tickets issued immediately

If you booked a Flight-Only with Holiday Mood Ltd and you have been issued with scheduled e-tickets, you will be able to travel as normal and will not be entitled to make a claim to the CAA. Passengers are advised to check with the Airline as per their existing flight ticket.

Flight-Only bookings made directly with Holiday Mood Ltd

If you booked a Flight-Only with Holiday Mood Ltd and do not have tickets but hold an ATOL Certificate which states 'Flight-Only sale' in the bottom right hand corner or your flights are not valid, depending on how you originally paid, you may be entitled to claim from either the CAA or your credit card provider see credit card payment details below.

If you paid by credit card directly to Holiday Mood Ltd your claim will be with the credit card provider.  Please see the letter below which will provide them with all the information they need.

If you paid by credit card and other methods directly to Holiday Mood Ltd your claim will be with the credit card provider for the portion you paid by credit card, and the CAA for payments by other methods. Please see the letter below for your credit card provider, which will provide them with all the information they need. When submitting your claim, please send a written confirmation from the airline that your flight tickets are not valid.

If you paid by any method other than credit card directly to Holiday Mood Ltd your claim will be with the CAA. In order to make a claim we require all the original documentation provided to you, and proof of payment to Holiday Mood Ltd. When submitting your claim, please send a written confirmation from the airline that your flight tickets are not valid.
