FISO Medical Declaration Pack

The FISO Medical Declaration Pack provides guidance to both the FISO licence holder and medical practitioner conducting the assessment. FISO licence holders are required to hold a medical declaration rather than a CAA medical certificate after the expiry of any current medical certificate.
