The EEA States consist of the members of the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK) together with Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Although the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are part of the UK, they are not part of the EU and operators registered there are subject to different licensing legislation.
