Application fees for the March 2015 renewal


The CAA’s new scheme of charges came into force on 1 April 2014 and now offers ATOL holders a reduction in renewal fees when they meet all of the following requirements:-

• Maintain a Direct Debit mandate for payment of ATOL charges;
• Maintain a Direct Debit mandate for collection of APC;
• Submit all APC returns into the CAA’s online APC system.

The full CAA scheme of charges can be viewed here and a summary of the charges that would apply for those whose current ATOL expires on 31 March 2015 are set out in the table below.

APC is payable to the Air Travel Trust and licence fees are payable to the CAA. Separate Direct Debits must be entered into with each. Follow the links for the APC Direct Debit form and the ATOL Renewals Fees Direct Debit form.
