To inform the way in which the CAA will approach the regulation of Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted from April 2014 - Q6, the CAA is undertaking market power assessments of these three airports. The work started in May 2011. The CAA is currently consulting on its 'Minded To' determination for Stansted. The CAA published summaries of its "Minded To" determinations for Gatwick and Heathrow in April 2013, and will publish the full documents for consultation at the end of May.
