On this page we publish all relevant documents relating to the market power assessments for Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted.
To inform the way in which the CAA will approach the regulation of Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted from April 2014 - Q6, the CAA is undertaking market power assessments of these three airports. The work started in May 2011. The CAA consulted on its 'Minded To' determinations for Heathrow and Gatwick airports in May 2013 and for Stansted in January 2013. Since the CAA published its consultation on Stansted there have been a number of significant developments which may affect the market power assessment of Stansted. In October 2013 the CAA consulted on these developments.
