On this page we publish all relevant documents relating to the market power assessments for Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted.
To inform the way in which the CAA will approach the regulation of Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted from April 2014 - Q6, the CAA is undertaking market power assessments of these three airports. The work started in May 2011. The CAA is currently consulting on its 'Minded To' determination for Stansted. The CAA published summaries of its "Minded To" determinations for Gatwick and Heathrow in April 2013, and will publish the full documents for consultation at the end of May.

Those wishing to respond to this consultation should do so in writing no later than 17:00 on 24 May 2013. Responses should be emailed to Barbara Perata-Smith.
