Calculate how much you need to pay

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, by bank transfer or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to the Civil Aviation Authority.

Person approved in accordance with M.A.707 to certify the ARC ARC Issue Dating Protocol

Add a unique ARC reference number to the ARC [Eg: G-XXXX/UK.MG.XXXX/Date of Issue DDMMYYYY]

Forward a copy of the ARC to the Applications and Approvals Department along with correct fee if applicable

Upon receipt of a copy of the ARC and payment (if necessary) Applications and Approvals Department will update G-INFO with the latest ARC validity.

Please Note:

The Airworthiness Review must be performed by a person approved under M.A.707. The ARC must be certified by this person.
