|Introduction of Class C Airspace above FL195 and VFR Access Regulations||8 November 2005||The CAA proposed to amend Section 2 - The Rules of the Air Regulations 1995 of CAP 393 - Air Navigation: The Order and the Regulations. The amendment was necessary to introduce VFR access requirements to Class C airspace above FL195 and for flight along an ATS route notified as Class C airspace at any level.|

The further expansion of 8.33kHz channel spacing into other designated controlled airspace will be the subject of seperate consultation at a later date.|
