Can I use sections of the VFR charts in publications, such as club newsletter or leaflets?

NATS will usually agree to such requests with no charge, however the following procedure must be followed: 1. All such requests must be made in writing to the VFR Chart editor at vfrcharts@nats.co.uk with details. If permission is granted, an acknowledgement must be printed: 'Reproduced with the permission of NATS. 2. A request must also be sent to Ordnance Survey at the following address: Copyright Licensing Ordnance Survey Romsey Road Southampton SO16 4GO. OS will also require a printed acknowledgement to accompany the chart extract.
