What is the CAA’s view of the EASA Opinion on FTL?
The CAA’s position on the proposals is that the Opinion is acceptable as a package of requirements of prescriptive limitations and additional SMS demonstrable Operator Requirements. We continue to work with EASA on their Decision material with regard to clarity and intent.
