G-INFO on CD - Order Form

Please note that the information contained in this version of the Database is believed to be correct as at the date of compilation. The UK Register of Civil Aircraft ("the Register") currently holds details of over 21,000 aircraft, and on an annual basis there are changes of registered information to approximately 35% of the total. Therefore there may have been changes to the Register since completion of the Database compilation. A new version of G-INFO is produced monthly, the current subscription fees for which are as shown on the order form. If you wish to up-grade your purchase to a subscription or the Full Version your initial fee will be deducted from the additional cost providing you forward the balance within one month of of your original order.

Whilst reasonable care is taken in compiling the Database, the CAA does not warrant the data in it to be free of error or omission or that changes to the Register will not have been made since completion of the compilation [or that the program that runs the Database will be compatible with your computer and software.] . Accordingly any use that you make of the Database is at your own risk and does not obviate the need to make any necessary enquiries or searches. Except where you are a consumer, in which case your statutory rights are not affected, the CAA does not accept any liability for financial loss that you incur by relying on the Database.

Please note that the format in which the data is supplied may be subject to change in the future.

Copyright and Database right in the Database (and the format of the data) whether on CD or other media, are vested in the CAA and it shall not be copied or distributed, sold or hired out or otherwise dealt with, without the written consent of the CAA. All rights reserved.

The Database is authorised for use on a single PC only. If you intend to use the Database on more than one PC, or to network the data , please contact the Aircraft Registration Section in order to obtain the appropriate licences.

Insofar as the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply and the consumer's right to cancel an order is not excluded  under regulation 13 thereof, you have the right to cancel your order under regulation 10 of those Regulations if you give the CAA (c/o Aircraft Registration Section CAA House) a written notice of such cancellation within 7 days of your receipt of the CD or other media on which the Register is recorded.  If you exercise such right you must promptly return the CD or other media to the CAA at your own cost.  In the event of such cancellation the CAA will refund the original order price less any direct costs incurred by it in recovering the CD or other media if not returned by you to the CAA as above
