To ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible we've put together a check list for new applicants.

If you are applying for either a Standard ATOL, Small Business ATOL or Trade ATOL, before sending your application to the CAA please make sure that you have included as many of the items listed in the checklist at the end of the application form as possible. 

If you are applying for a Franchise ATOL, please check with the appropriate franchise organisation before sending them your application.

The initial application is assessed is within 2 weeks, and requests for any additional information made and provided by the applicant. We aim to reach a decision on an application no more than 8 weeks after receiving all the information needed for us to consider it.
