What form(s) should be submitted to record a birth, death or missing person on board a UK Registered Aircraft?
They are CA680 (birth), CA681 (death) and CA682 (missing person).

- Who's responsibility is it to inform the CAA of a birth or death on board a UK Registered Aircraft?
- What if the registered owner is the deceased person?
