Holidays 4 UK Limited trading as Holidays 4 U and Aegean Flights – ATOL 4097
The travel company Holidays 4 UK Limited trading as Holidays 4 U and Aegean Flights has gone into administration and has ceased trading with immediate effect. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is making arrangements to protect customers covered by the ATOL Scheme.
Passengers who booked package holidays with Holidays 4 U will be able to claim a full refund for their holidays from the CAA. Passengers who just booked a flight only will be able to claim this element.
Passengers scheduled to return to the UK after 5 September
The booking records of Holidays 4 U show that after 5 September there are insufficient passengers who remain overseas for the CAA to put on further charter flights. We also understand there will sufficient flight availability with existing operators. Passengers should contact their travel agent or a tour operator.
Passengers who were due to fly home after 05 September will now need to make their own arrangements to book new flights. Passengers who booked return flights with Holidays 4 UK Limited covered under the ATOL scheme may submit a claim for the reimbursement of the cost of their new flight. A claim form can be downloaded from this website. Please ensure that you retain all receipts for the purchase of your flight as these will be required in order to claim the refund.
Information for passengers who booked one way inbound flights not covered by the CAA repatriation
Passengers overseas who booked one way inbound flights with Holidays 4 U and are not covered by the repatriation will need to purchase a return flight back to the UK. Passengers should note that the original purchase made with Holidays 4 U is covered under the ATOL scheme, and the cost of the original purchase will therefore be refunded upon receipt of a completed claim form.

If you made the booking with one of the three travel companies detailed below, please forward your fully completed and signed claim to them at the address shown below. The claim will be processed and paid by the relevant company, and if you have any queries concerning your claim they should be directed to them.
