Consultation - Economic Regulation at Gatwick from April 2014: Initial Proposals

Under the Civil Aviation Act 2012 the CAA has a new set of powers to tailor regulation to suit the specifics of each airport and the needs of their users. The CAA is consulting on its initial proposals for the economic regulation of Gatwick from April 2014.

Outcome:The CAA will publish final proposals in October 2013 and its decision in December 2013 (which, if a licence is required, will include draft licence conditions).
