Enhancing Aviation Safety

To continue to enhance the CAA’s role in ensuring high levels of aviation safety we are working to adopt a new performance based approach to regulation through our Enhanced Safety Performance (ESP) programme. This work aims to make our safety oversight much more focused on identifying and then addressing risks, together with industry.
