Overview

This authorisation enables the Authorised Person to prevent aircarft flying in accordance with the provisions of Article 232 of the Air Navigation Order 2009.

Who can apply

Any persons who are not CAA employees but who are employed at an aerodrome can apply for authorisation by the CAA under Article 232 of the Air Navigation Order 2009.
