The CAA and NATS recently hosted a Runway Incursion seminar at the University of Warwick on the 15 and 16 November. The purpose of the seminar was to highlight some of the current aerodrome initiatives taking place to reduce runway incursions and to look at aerodrome technology available to warn of potential runway incursions. The seminar was attended by a cross-section of industry including representatives from aerodromes, air navigation service providers and airlines.
