I have not received an ATOL Certificate.

You should insist on having one. ATOL holders and their appointed agents are required by law to immediately issue you with an ATOL Certificate as soon as they accept payment. If you are having difficulty in getting an ATOL Certificate please contact us by email at ATOL Certificates.


Problems with ATOL Tour Operators

  1. I have not received an ATOL Certificate.
  2. I have not received my tickets.
  3. The flights are not those that I asked for.
  4. I have booked a flight inclusive package. My tour operator now tells me that my flight/accommodation/car hire/resort/special requests are not available and that I must accept a substitute arrangement or pay more money.
  5. I am having/I have had a holiday from hell
