Air passenger representation
On 5 April 2011, the CAA published a consultation letter regarding passenger representation and complaint handling.
On 14 June 2011, the CAA hosted a stakeholder event on the consultation. A copy of the presentation slides are available here.
On 26 August 2011, the CAA published a letter and support documentation regarding the setting up of the new CAA consumer panel. Letter and support document can be found here. Written comments required by 23 September.
On 18 January 2012, the CAA published its decision on the setting up of the CAA Consumer Panel, in addition to an Information Pack to support the recruitment of a Chair for the Panel. It has also published responses to the CAA consultation of 26 August last year.
