Timetable information for Part-FCL e-Exams
We are currently moving from paper-based to electronic Flight Crew (Part-FCL) examinations. The timetable below is provided as a guide during this transition and it may therefore be subject to change.
Confirmed dates and venues are published in the CAA e-Exams Portal and are available to all candidates who have registered for an e-Exam.
Visit the Training and Examinations page for more information on how to register and the e-Exams process.
The date ranges provided in the e-Exams timetable below represent examination ‘sittings’ in which individual e-Exams ‘sessions’ are created. An individual e-Exams session may range in duration from 30 minutes to 2 hours, with each session accommodating a subject to be examined:
• Airline Transport Pilots Licence (ATPL)
• Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL)
• Instrument Rating (IR)
Only one subject can be taken during each session. Any subject (ATPL, CPL, IR) may be available in that session as long as the duration permits. Candidates for e-Exams will be able to select their subject of choice during the booking process through the e-Exams Service Portal.
The examinations subject, venue location, start/finish times and list of permitted, prohibited and supplied materials will be included in the Examination Booking Confirmation Slip received by the candidate at the time of booking.
