How to apply
Please send the Change of Address Notification form and your orginal licence to:

Alternatively you can visit the Public Counter at Aviation House which is open from 08:30-16:30 Monday-Friday.
What to expect
- Once the request has been received, the change of address will be updated by a Licensing Officer.
- The licence will be signed by the Licensing officer and dispatched.
