Guidance for Applicants
The holder of this licence may act as Pilot in Command of Multi Pilot aircraft and Single Pilot aircraft, provided they meet the medical and currency requirements for doing so.
Varieties of this licence include ATPL(A) and ATPL(H)

If you are the holder of an existing UK issued Flight Crew licence which has not already been converted to a Part-FCL licence, then this licensing action is likely to result in the compulsory conversion of your existing licence to a Part-FCL licence, for which an additional application form/information will have to be submitted, and additional requirements may have to be met. EASA-FCL licences have no expiry date and are threfore valid for the holder's lifetime.

In some circumstances an applicant for a conversion of an existing licence to an EASA licence may also require a national licence to fly Annexe II aircraft (Aircraft not on the EASA Type List). This process is undertaken by the Licensing Officer who assesses your application.
