Information and guidance regarding aircraft operations in congested areas
Permission must be obtained from the CAA to land or operate within a congested area. Permissions granted may be valid for one flight or for a period of up to 12 months.
CAA Form SRG 1304, together with the appropriate fee, should be sent to the Flight Operations Inspectorate (General Aviation). Details of costs can be found in the CAA Scheme of Charges - General Aviation.
Please note that this fee will not be refunded if the application is refused.

Before any action is contemplated, positive evidence must be provided in relation to the identity and location of the aircraft.
