If you are contacting us regarding your licence, in most circumstances we are able to respond in accordance with the relevant official requirements. These are:

Flight Crew	JAR-FCL and the Air Navigation Order
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers	EASA Part-66, BCAR Section L and the Air Navigation Order
Air Traffic Services	The Air Navigation Order

Sometimes, answers to queries cannot be found in these requirements and in many cases, to answer your query, a new policy may have to be formulated, often with intervention or agreement of the JAA or EASA.  If this happens our response times to queries can vary but you can be assured that we will endeavour to respond as soon as practicable.
