Consultation - BCAR Chapter A8-21

Proposal to introduce a new BCAR Section A, Chapter A8-21, Approval of Organisations responsible for Design and Production of Non-EASA Aircraft.

The CAA intends to produce a set of requirements for the approval of organisations responsible for the design and production of aircraft which are NOT the responsibility of the European Aviation Safety Agency, these aircraft are commonly referred to as (Non-EASA aircraft".

The CAA is seeking your views as to the suitability of the approach taken by the Authority, plus any comments you may wish to make regarding the detail of the proposals.
