Consultation - ATOL Standards Terms Schedule

The Civil Aviation Authority is formally consulting licence holders, licence holder representatives and current new applicants on proposals to change the CAA’s schedule of Standard Terms incorporated into an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (‘Standard Terms’).

The proposal to change the Schedule of Standard Terms follows the decision by the Government on 22 October 2007 to proceed with the reform of the ATOL Scheme from 1 April 2008, and the introduction of ATOL Protection Contributions (APC)
