How often are UK airports surveyed?
The CAA conducts ongoing surveys at Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Manchester and Stansted Airports, interviewing around 150,000 passengers per annum. At other airports throughout the UK, where annual traffic levels exceed 300,000 passengers, are usually surveyed once every three to five years.
