How is data transmitted?
Normally smaller subsets of data can be emailed (in Excel) direct to the client. Larger subsets may first need to be compressed before being emailed. For large subsets of data (over 10Mb) data will be burnt onto CD.
Typically where the number of records in a subset exceeds the Excel row limit, data is provided in an Access database.
