Checklists for Training Programmes

The areas covered in the checklists below are the minimum that apply to the relevant category of staff. There is nothing to prevent an operator from including additional areas, but this should not be to the detriment of adequate coverage of those areas that are of direct responsibility. The checklists are intended for manual completion.

Each checklist can be completed for all training programmes, even if the training programme has been obtained commercially. The sequencing of the information presented in a training programme does not need to follow that in the checklists.

To aid checking a training programme, the checklists include explanations of the criteria required.
