Forms and Fees - Effective from 1st April 2007

Forms used for the various transactions on the UK Register of Aircraft Mortgages are as follows :

CA350       Search of the UK Register of Aircraft Mortgages form
CA1577     Entry of Aircraft Mortgage form
CA1330      Entry of Priority Notice form
CA1760      Change in Particulars form
CA1577C   Discharge of Registered Mortgage form

All of the above forms can be completed online, however, as each form requires a signature they must be printed and signed before being submitted to the Aircraft Registration Section.

The charges in force from 1 April 2007 until 31 March 2010 are formally detailed in the CAA Official Record, Series 5.

Charge for entry of  Aircraft Mortgage

Charges depend on the maximum take-off weight of  the aircraft that is the subject of the mortgage.   To verify the weight of a particular aircraft please see the G-INFO UK Register database.

Maximum take-off weight	CAA Charge
<= 5700 kg	£150
5701 kg - 15000 kg	£300
15001 kg - 50000 kg	£500
> 50000 kg	£900

If one mortgage covers several aircraft, the fee payable is as shown above for the heaviest aircraft, plus £150 for each additional aircraft. This is based on all the aircraft mortgages being entered at the same time.

Charge for entry Priority Notice

Charges depend on the maximum take-off weight of  the aircraft that is the subject of the proposed mortgage.  To verify the weight of a particular aircraft please see the G-INFO UK Register database.

Charge for Discharge of Registered Mortgage

There is no charge for a Discharge of Registered Mortgage.

The charge for a change in the particulars of the mortgage is £30 per mortgage.
