Reforming the Scope of ATOL

Department for Transport (DfT) has published a consultation on updating the regulatory framework for aviation. Chapter 13 of this document contains proposals for reforming the scope of the ATOL scheme to improve clarity for consumers and make it easier for passengers to identify whether their booking is ATOL protected.
