The CAA has published a revised version of the Official Record Series 3. It includes, amongst other information: the Form and Content of an ATOL Certificate, the ATOL Standard Terms, the Schedule of Agency Terms, the Accredited Body Standard Terms, the APC contribution rate and exemptions from the ATOL and ATT Regulations. It also includes the ATOL Scheme of Charges.

Over a thousand people across the UK were surveyed to find out what people know about holiday financial protection, what they think could be improved, and what value they place on protection.
