This page provides details of and links to ACAS (TCAS) equipment that have been granted a generic approval
The ACAS (TCAS) equipments detailed below have been granted a National IFF/SSR Committee (NISC) generic approval to operate. Aircraft equipped with, and operating, any of these systems are not required to apply for individual NISC approval (refer to CAP 761 for more details); notwithstanding, airworthiness approval is still required. The process for airworthiness approval varies dependent on whether the aircraft falls under EASA or CAA.
