Claim forms are now being sent to consumers who need to submit claims to us. The claim form includes details on how it should be completed, and the address to send completed forms and supporting documentation to. A copy of the claim form and guidance can be accessed here
Consumers with forward bookings and who have queries should telephone us on 020 7453 6700 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
