I have not received an acknowledgement of my claim, who do I contact?

If the address you sent your claim form to was Reading, please call 0845 451 9000
If the address you sent your claim form to was Chichester, please call 0300 303 1075 Please quote your name and post code and they will locate your claim and advise you of the status.

Help in Making an ATOL Claim

  1. How long after I submit a claim will I hear from you?
  2. How long does a claim take to process?
