I booked through a travel agent and sent my claim to them, so that they could complete their portions of the claim form. I have not had an acknowledgement, whom do I contact?

You should speak to your travel agent and ask them when & to which address, they sent the claim form, most agents will send claims by recorded delivery, you should ask your travel agent for the royal mail track and trace number, and check the details on the Royal mail website (http://track2.royalmail.com) to find out if the claim has been delivered.
