I paid using a credit card and am making a claim from my credit card company; they have asked for a letter from ATOL. What do I do?

Print out the claim form, and send the information on the instruction page which is just prior to the claim form to your credit card provider. This explains that payments made by credit card should be claimed from your credit card issuer under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. We cannot address letters to specific individuals.
