Flight Data Monitoring Website - Terms of Reference

These are the terms of reference for the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) Website: 

• To disseminate important information regarding FDM issues and processes.
• To encourage operators to exchange, in total security, general views and lessons learnt from their FDM experience.
• To provide a source of information to assist operators, new to the FDM process, in setting up their own programmes.

With regards to the exchange of lessons learnt, users of the Forum are kindly asked to respect the Chatham House Rule (as adapted from the agreement signed by attendees of the Operators FDM Meeting on 31 May 2001).

Use of the Forum is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the contributor(s), nor that of any other participant may be revealed; nor may it be mentioned that the information was received through this medium.  Where information is required to be passed outside the Forum, this must be agreed, in advance, with the information provider.
