ATOL Enforcement
The CAA will investigate alleged breaches of the ATOL Regulations. If you suspect a company or person of trading in breach of the ATOL Regulations, you can inform us by email.

Whistleblowing
The CAA is a "prescribed person" under the Public Interest Disclosure ACt 1998 for the purpose of receiving "protected disclosures" (whistleblowing) from the civil aviation industry. As such, the CAA is directly responsible for investigating any information of this nature that is received. The CAA Whistleblowing policy can be viewed here.
