We take our responsibilities in Diversity and Inclusion very seriously, not just because it makes good business sense to get the best from our workforce but because its the right thing to do for our business, our colleagues, our industry and society in general. We are looking forward to make further improvements in many areas, as you will see in our policies and plans, but we believe we are heading in the right direction.

This is our first Equality and Diversity Information Report following the introduction of the Public Sector Equality Duty in 2011. We will review the information contained within this report and publish an updated report after 12 months. The report forms the basis of our Equality and Diversity objectives for 2012 to 2015.
