The Aeronautical Charts & Data Section (AC&D) is part of the Directorate of Airspace Policy (DAP). It formulates policy for aeronautical charts and aeronautical co-ordinates, and controls the scheduled production of maps and charts for both the Visual Flight Rules (VFR) series, and the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP).
