Regulation of Aeronautical Meteorological Services

This CAP sets out how the CAA meets its obligations under ICAO Annex 3 to the Chicago Convention, in accordance with the DfT Air Navigation Directions. It describes the policy for the arrangements for aeronautical meteorological services in the UK, its regulation and oversight. It will also be used as the basis for audit by the EASA Standardisation team in June 2014.
