This publication is intended as guidance for the completion and submission of VFR and IFR flight plans (FPLs) and will be updated as necessary. It incorporates information previously issued by Aeronautical Information Circulars (AICs) on IFR and VFR flight and includes the latest ICAO provisions as well as instructions for the completion and submission of North Atlantic (NAT) flight plans.
