The purpose of this CAP is to explain the administrative procedure for the issue, variation and renewal of an AOC(B) and to indicate the requirements to be met by applicants and certificate holders in respect of equipment, organisation, staffing, training and other matters affecting the operation of public transport balloons. The fifth edition includes references to forthcoming EASA regulations and refers to the 2012-2013 Scheme of Charges.
