These are requirements for the provision by NATS (En Route) plc (NERL) of the UK Airspace Coordination Service, and associated guidance.

NERL will need to have due regard to these requirements and associated guidance when the licence modifications set out in CAP 3225 have effect. CAP 3225 sets this date as 6 May 2026.
